Is this a job board?
No. It is a way to join our talent pool. We do not list open jobs here. When a job fits you, we reach out.
What does it cost to apply?
You should never have to pay to apply or to be booked. If anyone asks for money, do not pay and email hello@airfreshmarketing.com.
What does the work pay?
It depends on the job. Pay is shown before you accept.
Am I guaranteed work if I am approved?
No. Approval means we can consider you. Jobs depend on what clients book, where, and when.
Am I an employee or a contractor?
The details come with each job, before you accept. Ask us if anything is unclear.
Do I need experience?
Some jobs ask for it and some do not. Tell us what you have done. Past customer-facing work helps.
Which cities?
We work across the US. Where jobs are open changes with client bookings. Put your city on the application.
Are there age or certification rules?
Some jobs have them. Alcohol jobs are for adults of legal age and may need a local alcohol certification. Food jobs may need a food handler card. The job tells you.
